FlexCare makes your Krystexa infusions for gout treatment easier. We offer onsite, same-day uric acid testing. To support your infusion treatment, we can also prescribe and manage immunomodulation therapy, which may reduce inflammation and enhance your body’s ability to fight diseases. In addition, our case managers will stay in close contact with your doctor, so your caregivers are connected and focused on you.

Step 1: Request a referral
If your doctor prescribed an infusible or injectable medication for you, ask them to submit a referral to FlexCare using these forms.
Step 2: We’ll send status updates on your referral
We’ll let you know when your provider submits your referral. When prior authorization is complete, we’ll call to schedule your appointment.
Step 3: Experience the FlexCare difference
